Change the shape of the slider , make the slider thinner or line shape?

The shape of the default slider seems thick for my application. Is there any way to change the shape similar to the captured photo below?

This type of slider is easy with a canvas and a Ball.
But your three simulated sliders are very close together.
How will you let the app decide which one should respond to the Canvas Drag event?
Maybe change the color of the active Ball as you cycle through them, or select them by List Picker or button?

Move a scroll bar
