Is there any way to change the dialog message?
to font, for example using html file?

Which one ? Do you mean the notifier ?

Can we use it as a html like this?
<Font type face : MONOSPACE>Hello world</Font type face : MONOSPACE>

As far as I know, setting to font type for the notifier is not possible. Here are the formatting options:

You may find a notifier extension that offers this font formatting.
