I found several examples about Sharing Component usage in App Inventor, but I am rather interested in doing the opposite: I would like to include a link to my app in Android Share menu and to be able to send the selected data (a text string, in particular) to my app, that should eventually start, catch it and show it.
I already tried by get plain start text block included in Screen1.Initialize event, but it does not work.
Can anybody suggest me a way to retrieve the sent data? Generally speaking, where the sent data is available in AI2?
