Cant get the QR code for the ad hoc to install on my phone

I cant get the QR code to work, it goes to 100 percent then i does nothing and waits there

I downloaded the .mobileprovisaning profile from apple and uploaded it to the media section and I registered my phone with apple developer

kindly advice
