Please help me by giving instruction on how to connect to location and wi-fi on the emulator

Hello Shayan

You can’t use the Emulator for this purpose.
Use the Companion on an Android Device (phone).

But I don’t have an android phone

Maybe one of the other emulators can help you, like GenyMotion?
