It's been a great help.

As far as I know it is not possible to upload files through google forms using AI2. You have to actually use the form to upload a file

You do not show your relevant blocks for what is supposed to happen on Button click. Please do, and then we can help.

In the Screenshot 2 is the desired result

I get the desired result when clicked on a whatsapp text mentioning the recipient email ID

Cannot upload/click a image from my Android device to the form in WebView.
→I have no blocks on this.
→It's a Google Form

You could try with the CustomWebview extension, it may provide the method your need....
