Can we use our localhost appinventor instance during MIT Appathon? I have many components on my localhost, it would be good if I can use my appinventor localhost instance during appathon
No you can't because everyone is not able to create their own instance as well as components.

The app will be tested with a companion. If you use custom components, the evaluators will not be able to load the project and will not check your app. It would be different if compiled apps were evaluated.

instead use extensions
It will not work in ios companion
