i don't know that whether it is the right place to ask but my Ques is that just like on blocks screen we can undo the changes made using Ctrl+Z so is it even possible to do it in the designer screen??
i really need to know this ,

Unfortunately no, the Designer has no undo. You can always export your aia or use save as before any changes as backup

oh ! actually i made changes in app main app without exporting my aia & those changes are not needed & i have made many changes , so...
otherwise i usually export the aia before making any changes in my app
