I save from MIT AI2 my project as .aia (22 MB).

I can't launch apk from my App

There are three options to solve this:

1. Shrink some files in the assets (or remove some).
2. Use http://code.appinventor.mit.edu/ (aia < 50MB), as mentioned by @gordonlu310.
