Because, If I use some extensions and if developers failed to update it according to the expectations of upcoming new android versions, then my app will not function properly. So, can I protect me if \i use only inbuilt features of the mit ai2.
There is probably no escape, but obviously you reduce the likelihood by using only native AI2 components and no extensions. Good extension developers will usually update their extensions if an android update breaks their work. Choose wisely.

Can we conclude that all the current native components (example, player, notifier etc.) of mit ai2 are updated according to the expectations of latest android version?
No, we cannot. There are always likely to be some bugs in the system (e.g. File component)
