I don't have a computer, only Android phones and tablets. Can I create extensions?

You can also use any third party application/android java text editor to code and compile it through http://bot.colintree.cn:8048/

Yes. Before I couldn't compile an extension in AppyBuilder on my computer, I successfully did that on my iPad. I guess Android is the same.
