Can auto start applications after turn on phone automatically ?????

for example after app installation + first run the app will run in auto start mode each time when the phone reboots again automatically

The alarmmanager extension offers the method StartAtBoot for this

Yes, just create an alarmmanager extension yourself

more information about how to create an extension see the App Inventor Extensions document
however that will be more advanced and will require some Java skills...
