I made citizen report app for my last project,the app is good before but now when i want take a photo the camera not open i dont know what to do,anyone can help me

You probably will get more feedback then...
which means in your case post a screenshot of your relevant blocks...
To download the aia file, upload it to App Inventor, open it, do some bug hunting for you, etc... this takes time, and most people will not do that...

Also I noticed that you have 11 screens and opening a screen without closing one will lead to memory issues. See the proper way to switch between screens

Also another way is to add a progress notifier till location sensor is ready so there will be no issues with take picture button
