Caller ID, wich is best code to recognize it and send to a pc?

I would need to build a procedure to recognize the caller’s phone number (on the phone) and to send it to one of the PCs in the local office network
The ultimate goal is to react the company management program to calls that arrive on mobile
How could this be done?

you can use the PhoneCall component, but it will work only while your app is running...

App Inventor apps are not able to run in the background, so unfortunately this type of app is not possible
