Button property 'Title'

I just got aware that there is a property 'Title' for buttons. I can't find an explanation in the reference or in this forum. What is this property for?

I think button has "Text" property and screen has "Title" property.

I can find references for title at some places, but not with button.

Perhaps I use a different release in Germany. The name of my button is S_TZ. See here in Design mode:

That is a ListPicker component, not a button (although it presents a button to activate the listpicker)
