Built in control section not appear

Hello, I try to programming but I can’t find control section when I open blocks it’s only show ( Math, Text, colors and variables)

Check your Project Properties to make sure you have
Blocks Toolkit = default

I did it and it’s work, I need to refresh the page to update it
