To change the IP address, you would need a VPN (virtual private network). Setting up a virtual private network is currently impossible in App Inventor.
I mean, now a lot of programs are vpn or dns change, why can't such a program be created or is there a plugin?
App Inventor is for building simple apps, not apps that are complicated.
