Google deprecated functionality starting from API31. Therefore the corresponding methods and events have been removed from the extension: properties: SignalStrengthAsu and SignalStrengthDbm, methods: StartSignatStrengthListener, StopSignalStrengthListener, CellId and Lac, events: SignalStrengthChanged.
