Never actually heard of that extension - what does it do that App Inventor’s BT and BLE can’t?

that extension found its way into Kodular as component and is now called BluetoothAdmin
for a similar functionality you might want to check App Inventor Extensions: Bluetooth | Pura Vida Apps
