In the block editor the dustbin is not on the top layer so the blocks overlap it. It’s not big problem and only a little detail.
Hopefully it takes not to much time to change it.

Not for me, backpack is on top of blocks.
However, just scroll your blocks editor to put the backpack in some empty space…
