I am asking about the "Connection intervals" what is the time between two data transfer events.

As I understand ConnectionTimeout is how long the BLE device is connected.

Please kindly explain if I misunderstood any points.

There is no specific answer to this question, because it depends on how fast the phone is sending messages and how fast the BLE device is replying.
