BLE advetising manufacturing data type 0xFF

Dear All,

I would like to advetise manufacturing data with my smartphone by using App Inventor with Bluetooth extension BluetoothLE1. As far as I know, the only block which can advetise data is this one (.startAdvertising):

This advetising data has the type 0x16. Is there any way to change the type of the advertising data to 0xFF?
