Basic Quiz App Crashes @ Companion Load

Hello Team,

I've been teaching Mobile CSP w/ AI2 for 7 years, and this is a new problem for me:

A student's basic Quiz App (AIA attached) is crashing less than a second after the companion connection is made. We've tried three different tablets, two different Chrome books, one HP ProBook, two different Google/AI2 accounts, and several different AIAs/apps (all other AIAs/apps load via the companion without any problems).

Any suggestions?

Problem was caused because of Picture list
