As shown, there is a bar on my screen to the right of the content. It has been annoying me for awhile. Even when I create a new project the bar is still there.
Is there a way for me to fix this?

It's only in the Designer, to help you move around in case your Screen is Scrollable.
It should not appear in a running app.
