Bad arguments to elements while using tiny db

i am trying to make a web browser with app inventor and for that i was using tiny db to store history but when i am building the app and running it on my phone it is showing bad arguments to element for GetValue.

(i have given the blocks that may be causing the problem.)

the valueIfTagNotThere socket should be a create empty list block
the Elements property of the Listview expects a list and not a text...
