Is it possible in App Inventor for labels, buttons, ... to be automatically filled with fields from a database, similar to PHP, for example?

once you have recovered your data from the database you can place them wherever you want.
Automatically = what you do in your code.
You have some extension to create Dynamically components. Maybe you can search in the community to have an idea about how it works.
