Automatic answer of incoming call and end call after two seconds

Hello
Is it possible to implement the following project in App Inventor. Automatic answer of incoming call and automatic termination of this call after four seconds and redirection to the serial port (USB to arduino or bluetooth) of the calling phone number. The phone number will be transferred to Excel.

The phone component tool cannot automatically answer any received calls.
