Hey I got stuck in my project where i want my application to wake up automatically in given time .Can anyone help me by suggesting some important and free extension.., I would be really grateful.

As you are asking for a free extension, probably you could write your own extension and create the functionality yourself...
more information about how to create an extension see the App Inventor Extensions document however that will be more advanced and will require some Java skills...

Here are two free Alarm extensions you could try.
The first one has some bugs for some features but does work for others. It is being actively updated by the developer. It might work if you need to repeat the alarm every day at the same time.
This one has not been updated in a while and may or may not work as a wake up alarm.

All other alarm extensions are only able to send a notification at a given time but are not able to start your app programmatically
