The title pretty much explains it all...
I want to know if there are there some good websites/organisations that publish Apps created by students on Play Store for free, i.e., on their own developer account.

As far I know it's not legal to do it. Their console can be suspended. (From my friend's experience).

You are asking the wrong people Kaustubh, it's Google's site and Google's rules.

It might get the play console suspended as it's a violation of ToS.

Samsung's Galaxy Store might be an option too for distributing your apps.

....and perhaps the Huawei store too. Make sure your App is up to scratch first though.
