Is it possible to be able to click a Button in Screen1 and open a ListPicker in Screen2?

ListPickers do not open in screens.
Either switch to another screen and in that screen's initialise event open the listpicker, or open the listpicker from the screen you are in then use the afterpicking event to open another screen with the picked value.
Alternatively, use virtual screens.....
