Apptomarket on windows xp

does apptomarket still work on windows xp? On my pc in the past it worked, now decompile the apk but when I click the create new apk button it gives me an error

Anke, thanks for your reply. If I put the latest version of apktool it does not decompile, if I put an older version, I have tried with multiple versions, version 2.3, 2.2, decompile, but when I click create new apk it says: new apk not created causes errors, whether I edit or don't edit the manifest.

I haven't used A2M for a few years, I mostly use APK Editor Studio now.
