Hello, I have read several conversations on the topic, still I'm not really sure, sorry... From what I understand, the use of the iOS build server (http://iosbuildservertest.appinventor.mit.edu/) only allows building iOS Ad Hoc (.ipa) builds. And these will never get on the Apple App Store, they are only intended to be installable on selected and registered devices. Is this correct?
Is there any available process to make these Ad Hoc Builds suitable for the App Store?

This server is only for Power Users and other users registered in the Beta progra. Please do not use this server unless MIT has granted you permission to do so.
