What do you mean by “Transferring App Inventor program to Arduino”?

Are you trying to communicate between an App Inventor program and an Arduino board?

I want to see my application in Arduino software.
So, I want to transfer my apk file to an ino file.
I don’t want to communicate between an App Inventor program and an Arduino board.

Arduino and MIT App Inventor are different software with different intended use.
You cannot transfer your .apk app to Arduino.

If you are referring to programming your Arduino using Blocks similar to App Inventor, then you may consider using Ardublockly.
