Appinventor api 35

How do I know if appinventor has been updated to the latest required target api 35? should I wait until I open appinventor and the popup will appear saying that the update has been done?

You could have searched the community. There has been a lot of talk about the latest release.

And also, the release from August 17th has this in it's release notes

  • Bump minimum SDK to 14 and target SDK to 35
