Appathon 2023 - team regrouping

Hi Team,
Our team formation was over. But after looking at the themes and varied interest in them, some members want to change team. (I'm also aware that one team can't submit 2 different Apps) So What is the procedure to shuffle the teams ?

Team formation deadline was July 16th, regrouping is not possible at this point.
