"app ready to be published" but WHERE to click to publish?

Hi,

I completed the development of my app.
I submitted the release to Google, they send me an ok, and the message "app ready to be published".

I try to publish, but I only sent another test release.
Where exactly I have to click on the google development console to publish the app?
Are there any pictures?
