App not working on my new phone

I made a app about a year ago and it works perfectly fine on my Redmi note 9 and redmi note 9 pro but keeps crashing on my brand new Redmi note 14 for some reason other apps of mine work perfectly fine on my new phone and on my old ones

Nevermind I was using a notification existention that the security on android 14 and later don't allow to run but it works in early version explaining why it worked on my old phone and not my new one because my old one doesn't receive updates any more and is on android 12 so I removed the extension and it works perfectly now thanks

What about revealing a link to the extension you were using? Probably you forgot to download the latest version?

I couldn't find where I originally downloaded it but I'm guessing it's from here [FREE] Notification Style: extension with various types of notification also I had made a checkpoint of the project before deleting the existention and I noticed this when I clicked the question mark symbol

so yeah your right it's 6 years old now

And if you read that thread you will find out, that the extension is outdated... use the MelonNotification extension instead
