I think it's better to help with other issues as well if you see a problem, because in a moment the OP would ask another question that his app still doesn't work, then you will waste another time browsing his app.
Without having tested it, I'm pretty sure that the first crash when (re)starting the app is completely different than the one that later appears on another screen.
It's not our job here to debug apps for others, but to help with a specific problem the user is stuck with.
