You are telling App Inventor to report Success regardless of what comes back from the web app. Put the response content in the notifier, not the word "Success".

Have you looked down below all the 0's in the last column? The appendRow function adds to the next empty row... To avoid this if you have an arrayFormula in that column, delete all the spreadsheet rows that are empty in the first columns. Google Sheets will add a row, if one is required.
