App Inventor + Google Forms + Google Spreadsheets not working

Hi there, I'd like to point out that AppInventor with a Web component is not working as it used to do in past: basically I have a simple form in my App, I created a Google Form with the same data, copied the prefilled link to my blocks as I did many many times but when it comes to save data into a connected Google Spreadsheets nothing happens, furthermore I always get a 200 code from the Web component...
Am I missing something?
The procedure I follow (and always did in past) is this one

Just tested and the method is still working OK here.

You may need to refresh the spreadsheet after your first submission, but after that the submitted data appears to work OK.

Response Code of 200, usually means success.

Check your form responses in the google form, they should be there...

Ok thanks. I'll tyr again, I was just wondering if it was my mistake or some new CORS policy from Google

So, now it's working: I had a setting to whitelist only the email addresses form my school's domain, once unset everything started to work again as usual
