App Inventor 2 Ultimate ( AI2U ) does not open projects

Hello,
I cannot open the application that I developed with MIT App Inventor offline in windows with AI2U_4.6 . gives a version error.

The version of the application I designed online appears to be 213.
( {"authURL":["ai2.appinventor.mit.edu"],"YaVersion":"213" )

In the application I made with AI2U offline, the version appears as 167.
({"authURL":["localhost"],"YaVersion":"167" )

When I correct the versions on all pages and open them again, the blocks are broken.
Will there be a new version of the MIT App for Windows? or How can we open Apps offline?
