App Icon property missing in screen 1

Hello, i'm having an issue with MIT app inventor. When I select Screen1 in the designer view, the app icon property does not appear in the properties panel.

I already tried:
-Creating a new project (the option is still missing)
-Using different browsers (Chrome and edge)
-Testing on both PC and mobile
-Resetting zoom and clearing cache

Other properies like appname, title, sizing appear correctly, but the app icon field is not visible at all.
Could this be a bug in my account or the platform? Is there any workaround to set the application icon?

not even the project properties are showing on my screen. Either my eyesight got worse or something is really wrong, help
