When I encode a video file using @vknow360,s Filey Extension then my app is stopping or creashing
( Is this is a bug of Filey )

You are building in Kodular so you really should ask there.
For extension issues when building in Kodular, you ask the extension developer on their website.
But check the file path generated by the Video_Picker component to ensure it is compatible with the Filey requirements for a file path.
How big is the video?
Try with smaller video, try with image....
