1.You can create app on any topic.
2. Submission should be done before the ending date.
3.Participant should not copy your app from anyone.
4.Anyone can participate in this contest .
5.No Age Limit.
6.You can use free extensions.

We will send the certificate to the winner and also if we want to contact them.

Some developers may be using the code server, and therefore not use/have a google account....one of your requirements is that the event is open to all...

Am I the only person to whom this link seems suspicious to? Why use a link shortener if you are using a legit site for accepting participants??

Easy Just tell Them to give There builder username in Google forms and you can PM them using username
