To fix this Charley you might
- disconnect the for each number from puzzle piece from the naughty make_ticker_list Procedure
- delete the make_ticker_list procedure (that is now empty)
- drag a new procedure Block on to the Block screen; rename it make_ticker_list
- connect the for each block to the renamed Procedure.
That might fix the problem. Does it? Do you now see a call make_ticker_list Block in your pallet?

Yes, in an round about way I did that, dragged the interior from out of the procedure, deletes the procedure block and then recreated it by dragging the guts back into a new procedure.
Just an odd glitch I guess.
