Apostrophes and other chars not rendering correctly from .csv file

Hi

Sometimes (but inconsistently) when text is read from a .csv file, the label component does not render the characters correctly (shows as a question mark in a rectangle - see attached)). This seems to happen mostly with apostrophes (see attached), but I have also seen on other characters, like brackets. I cannot find a common reason for it.

Any suggestions welcome.
