Any other setting needs to be done before making APK.

I used MO Numbers 1234 and 2335, and only set 3 clocks running.
Are they both in the responses of your google form?
Are these both in the data on your google sheet ?
yes, now I am getting responses in google sheet via APK on android.
after submit button click, i am getting message box showing responses text, but its ok to just click OK button.
