Apk does not want to install

I created a small application which I then transformed and downloaded into an APK. So when I try to install this application on an Android tablet or phone, I get this message

This can be enabled / disabled in the device settings.

OK, I found it was settings in the Google Play store. Thank you so much

If you click "Plus de détails", you should be able to see an option called "Install anyway" without disabling Play Protect. Previously it used to be next to the OK button, but Google now made it tempting to dismiss the dialog and prevent the installation.
