Can you use the scroll bar in the Designer screen mock to scroll down?

That might help you see the lower components.

To see 'non displaying' components (that are not hidden) in the Designer that are not visible using Phone size, temporarily select

tabletsize

Tablet size; look, then reselect Phone size. :
