Any extensions to make two phone calls direct and merge them into a audio conference

Hi,
Is there any extensions allowing me to make a phone call to first phone number direct (without user intervention), when connected then suspend the call, make another phone call to second phone number direct, and again when connected, merge the two calls into an audio conference?
